Coat Drive

Milk Money’s, A Better Cause, sets forward its annual coat drive this year to help out the less unfortunate citizens of our community; so let’s keep in mind all those that are catching the worst of Christmas this year and get in the holiday spirit of giving! From now until the end of January we will be collecting any new or gently used coats for the Crisis Assistance Ministry in Charlotte. Along with coats, of course we will also accept any hats, mittens, scarves, or beanies. Anything and everything is seen as a blessing, in the eyes of those whom struggle to keep warm in this time of the year. Since Milk Money is an expert boutique for children’s’ fashions, we know all about keeping your child warm and adorned as soon as their born! So, again we ask you to celebrate this winter with our community, as we can all share in a little bit of warmth, in heart, spirit, fingers and toes! And when you participate in the coat gifting, Milk Money will offer you and endless supply of smooth, warmed hot chocolate to escort the harsh winter chills. Please come out and be a part of the effort on Saturday, January 30th. There will be many activities and enough laughs, cocoa, and seasonal spirit to go around. Amber Herlocker may seem like a normal person and she is normal but her photography is out of this world. She can capture the internal beauty through one photo. Amber Herlocker photography is a Harrisburg, NC mom based company. Her speciality is newborns, pregnancy, children and families. She will hold a photo shoot at Milk Money Boutique on July 25, 2009 from 11-2 pm. Each group is given a 30 minute sitting and we are currently taking reservations.
